We had a deck that was rotting and decided, with his and another professional’s guidance, to do a patio with a smaller deck and stairs down to it. Gerson’s team was responsible for the deck, and they also ordered us a new sliding door (which we love and has bonus built-in shades!) and a new door leading to our garage from the deck. They cleaned up a lot of work that was done improperly the first time around, like door frames and painted; now everything looks new.
